Requests and bookings

Submitting a request is an enquiry about availability. It is not a confirmed booking. The supplier needs to confirm the service, date, final price, payment terms and cancellation policy before you commit. Example villa pages are labelled; their test requests are not sent to suppliers.

Villa directory and rental enquiries

Directory pages are independent Hmmbali guest guides based on publicly published property information. A listing does not imply affiliation, endorsement or permission to book on the property’s behalf. Rental enquiries store your dates, guest count, budget and contact details for follow-up; they do not reserve inventory or contact an unconnected host.

Locations and distances

Where a property publishes a map pin, regional distance estimates use that pin. Otherwise estimates use the named region’s centre and are labelled accordingly. They are approximate straight-line distances, not measured road distances or journey times. Destination venue cards show distance to the venue’s region, not its exact entrance.

Your information

When you submit a request, Hmmbali stores your name, contact number, villa reference, service details and referral information. Partner applications store the information you supply for review. Provide only the details needed for the enquiry; avoid sending sensitive documents or payment card information.

Sharing for fulfilment

With your consent, request details may be shared with the relevant provider to check availability and arrange fulfilment. When phone verification is connected, your number is also sent to our verification provider. Requests awaiting verification are kept for follow-up and are not automatically dispatched.

Affiliate links and attribution

Hmmbali may earn commissions from partner bookings. Affiliate click records can include an offer identifier, villa code, referral code and a unique tracking reference. A click or request does not prove that a booking completed or that a commission is owed. Commissions depend on the partner agreement and provider confirmation.

Private tracking links

Your confirmation includes a signed private tracking link. Anyone with that link can see the enquiry status and basic booking details. Keep it private. Contact details are accessible only to Hmmbali’s authorised operator, and may be shared with a relevant provider with your consent.

Business listings and corrections

Business information is independently described from public official sources. Listing a business does not imply endorsement or a commercial agreement. We do not reuse business photography or logos in information profiles. Owners can request a correction, claim or removal through the listing help form.

Data questions

Keep your enquiry or application reference. You can submit a data question through “Ask us anything” on a villa guest page. We will use the reference and verify your contact information before disclosing or changing personal data.

External booking, immigration and other websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before sharing information or paying.
